Kind regards,

Yu Hsuan,
It's of course your call.
To me, it is surely interesting and helpful to have all walks of profession joining in.
I am sure they will contribute very differently to the group.
Only at some point we do need to go back to the original idea of what the study group wishes to achieve, apart from networking people.
This has much to do with how you define the "practice of cultural studies", and how/what these different viewpoints/perspectives are leading to by the end of the year.
Also practically, are we trying to keep most participants in by focusing on issues of common ground/interest, or are we going to have fluid member combinations in different sessions?
This remain to be observed from the up coming sessions.
And you might need to let us know, at some point, what your plan (strategy) is, and what this study group is possibly getting at after a couple of sessions.
My reflection anyway.
Jerry
